Refund policy

Finefair reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.

Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours.

If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 12 hours of receipt of products after your purchase. Note that all returns and cancellations after receiving the order(s) / product(s) are subject to a charge of QR 10 fee.

The following conditions apply:

  • To return an item please call us at +974 59993252 or email finefair974@gmail.com
  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened we can not return the item.
  • If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 12 Hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
