We pride ourselves on speed. Orders within Doha are delivered within 24 hours. Distant locations like Al Khor or Dukhan may take slightly longer.

Currently, our delivery services are exclusive to the state of Qatar.

If you change your mind, you must initiate a return within 12 hours of receiving your products.

Items must be in "AS SOLD" condition: complete, unused, in the original box with all packing materials, accessories, and blank warranty cards. Note: If the factory box has been opened, the item cannot be returned.

Yes, all returns and cancellations made after the products have been received are subject to a QR 10 processing fee.

Refunds are processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment used during the purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Claims for "damaged on delivery" or missing items must be made within 12 hours of receipt so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

If a product is defective, please describe the issue clearly when contacting us. Important: Do not write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packaging or the product itself.

You can cancel any unprocessed order by messaging us directly on WhatsApp at +974 59993252. Once an order is processed or received, the QR 10 return fee will apply.
